Ketevan Ebanoidze is a co-founder and Co-CEO of Impact Hub Tbilisi. She managed a start-up capital of $135k and launched operations in 7 months. Ketevan currently manages Impact Hub Tbilisi team and the constantly growing community. She is responsible for fundraising, designing and implementing programs aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among diverse communities. Ketevan is a lecturer at Business and Technology University, where she is leading a course on Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Prior to working at Impact Hub, Ketevan led the Media and Communication Division at the Ministry of Culture of Georgia, where she managed the high standard media communication and public relations for the Ministry, Ministry officials and for 80 entities working under the Ministry. Ketevan is a public relations and media communications specialist with an extensive experience working for a wide range of TV stations in Georgia. She graduated in Journalism from the Tbilisi State University and did her Master's degree at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs in Journalism and Media-Management. Khalilov, holds the "EMBA" degree of the joint program of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy and the Maastricht School of Management. His professional career path began in 2006. He worked as a programmer and IT specialist in various companies. V.Khalilov joined PASHA Bank in 2018 as the Head of the Digital Engineering Division as one of the drivers of Digital transformation of the Bank. Jonas Dinger will be Managing Director of Social Impact Award from January 2021 onwards. Before he held several roles at Social Impact Award and is responsible for the strategic development of the program in depth and width. He is also leading the partnerships efforts of Social Impact Award. Before he used to run Social Impact Award in Austria and Germany. Before coordinating Social Impact Award, Jonas worked two years at the Social Entrepreneurship Center of the Vienna University of Economics and Business as a researcher. This followed several engagements for different initiatives in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem (e.g. at GIZ, SEED – Promoting Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development, and others). Jonas has a Master of Arts in political science having studied at University of Vienna, LMU Munich and University of Vilnius.

She is working as a co-founder of Simbiyoz Aktivite - a social enterprise with a social incubation centre and activity center for people with mental retardation disability. In 2020 she attended İTÜ Çekirdek express incubation programme. She is a volunteer in a different NGO for mentoring young woman, in IEEE for youth in electric & electronics engineering studies. She is a married mother of 2 children. She speaks Turkish, French, English and spanish. She likes water colour painting,travelling, dancing, cooking and making ceramics. Orkhan Nadirov. I am an Adjunct Professor at the School of Public and International Affairs at ADA University in the Azerbaijan Republic. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Finance and Accounting of Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Czech Republic. In a project built on my dissertation work, I have examined the changing motivation to work and how it differs between rich and poor people. Currently, I am examining the impact of tax progressivity on entrepreneurs, specifically the decision of an employee to quit working to start their own company. My research interests are primarily in the field of economic psychology, particularly as it applies to taxation. My teaching specializations are public finance, public economics, and taxation.

Irina Iliyeva is an experienced program and project manager, with a diverse international professional and educational background, Irina has rich experience in coordinating diverse teams in multicultural environment. Irina has experience in the public, private and NGO sector in Germany, Austria, Belgium, China, and Bulgaria her prior roles related to technology, economic development, education, and youth entrepreneurship. In 2018, Irina was awarded in the “30 under 30” Selection of Forbes magazine for her professional and volunteer engagement in the field of education and innovation. Irina is deeply involved in developing innovative approaches to education and economic development in Bulgaria. She served as a Program Officer at the biggest funding institution in her country - America for Bulgaria Foundation, where she worked on a portfolio of programs and projects in the field of education and innovation. She also spearheaded a cross-sector initiative for diaspora engagement of Bulgarians abroad, working side-by-side with investors, public figures, business representatives, NGOs, and global platforms. Currently, Irina serves as Chief Operations Development Officer at Junior Achievement Bulgaria – an organization with 25 years of experience in the country, member of the oldest network on entrepreneurial education. In Bulgaria, JA is the pioneer organization in the field of entrepreneurship and has developed innovative models in the field of entrepreneurship education through its student company program and educational materials in the fields of financial literacy, digital and employability skills and green entrepreneurship curriculum and its pre-accelerator for start-ups.

Sara Rajabli is a 24 y.o. social entrepreneur, the founder of "BUTA Art & Sweets, the founder of Social Business Youth Center, the first Azerbaijani social entrepreneur, representing the country at UN level, the first local young social entrepreneur awarded by President of Azerbaijan Republic, Winner of Global Startup Awards 2020, Diana Award Winner. Ms. Sara Rajabli was admitted to Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University on faculty of tourism and hospitality. In 2014-2015, she studied economics of tourism at the Yade University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven city of Germany through DAAD Scholarship program. In 2015-2019 Ms. Sara Rajabli participated at international fellowship and scholarship programs of DAAD, Erasmus+, European Commission, Council of Europe, Yunus & Youth, Azerbaijani Youth Foundation, Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and U.S. Department of State. In 2017 Ms. Sara Rajabli launched a social business "BUTA Art & Sweets" with 85 Euros bootstrapping. The main aim of this business is reducing unemployment problem of women with special needs through sales of homemade vegan sweets, prepared by them. In a short period, the platform could involve 20 women with special needs, cooperate with 70+ companies and organizations, represent sweets at international events in 17 countries. The platform won an opportunity to be represented at UNCTAD Youth Forum 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland. That was the first representation of Azerbaijani social brand at UN level. In 2018, Ms. Sara Rajabli founded Social Business Youth Center (SBYC), aiming to promote and educate social entrepreneurship among young people in Azerbaijan. In three years SBYC organized events and the biggest online mentorship program on social entrepreneurship, accepting 5500+ applications and 4500+ participants. Sara is the co-author of the first book on social entrepreneurship in local language.

She is one of the first female engineering managers of ARÇELIK. As head of TUBITAK informatics department, she has managed the establishment and dissemination of the Internet to Turkey. She was team leader of foundation ULAKNET and ULAKBIM. She is the first accredited Innovation Management consultant to win the European Union Global Innovation Management Award in 2014. She participates as the Turkish delegate in the writing of the standards since 2015 in Innovation Management Standards (ISO-56000 Innovation Management System standart series) of ISO (International Standardization Office) to have been published by 2019. She is elected as chairwomen in MTC139 Innovation Management Mirror Comite in Turkey. She was awarded by the Republic of Turkey on October 4, 2021 for his contributions to international standards on World Standards Day. Melina Taprantzi - Her first degree may have been in Philosophy, but eventually it was the world of marketing and communication than won her over and for which she has worked for over 10 years, assisting many brands to become established and known. In 2020 she was one of the seven women globally who received the prestigious award SDGs and Her from the World Bank and the United Nations, for her work in the implementation of the Agenda 2030 for sustainable development. She is the founder of “Wise Greece”. A social enterprise that promotes top quality Greek products and uses the profits from sales in order to buy foods in bulk and donate them to soup kitchens, children, families and the elderly in need, hence essentially having 2 important missions; helping the small farmers and producers to grow and export their products and at the same time offering to unprivileged people their most basic need, food. Today Wise Greece works with over 100 small producers who offer over 2.500 products; exports to 8 countries, has so far donated over 90 tons of food to orphanages, soup kitchens and charitable institutions, has received important awards, among which is the prestigious award from the President of the Greek Republic “Models of Excellence”, as well as the Start Up award for sustainability and social contribution, the European Social Challenge Award 2018, the Innovative Fundraising Award by the British Council and the BeMed Award by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. Nina Angelovska, PhD is an entrepreneur, UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocate, President of the Macedonian E-commerce Association and the former Minister of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia. She co-founded and was heading the first deal platform and leading e-commerce company in Macedonia, Grouper.mk, launched in 2011 that transformed the e-commerce market. Angelovska’s passion for e-commerce and drive for change led her to establish the first Macedonian E-commerce Association in 2017. She was a member of the Board of the European Ecommerce and Omnichannel Trade Association (EMOTA). Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors at Makedonski Telekom. Angelovska works as an independent consultant in business development, digital economy and e-commerce on various projects, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events striving to infuse passion and awake the potential of many young people. Her hard work and impact have been widely recognized. In 2018 she was named Forbes 30 Under 30 and in 2019 she was named one of the seven global UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocates. Recently she made a successful exit when the Polish Group Asseco SEE acquired her company, Grouper.mk.
