Ketevan Ebanoidze is a co-founder and Co-CEO of Impact Hub Tbilisi. She managed a start-up capital of $135k and launched operations in 7 months. Ketevan currently manages Impact Hub Tbilisi team and the constantly growing community. She is responsible for fundraising, designing and implementing programs aimed at promoting entrepreneurship among diverse communities. Ketevan is a lecturer at Business and Technology University, where she is leading a course on Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Vusal Khalilov has extensive experience in the field of IT and digitalization. Before he held several roles at Social Impact Award and is responsible for the strategic development of the program in depth and width. He is also leading the partnerships efforts of Social Impact Award. Before he used to run Social Impact Award in Austria and Germany. She is working as a co-founder of Simbiyoz Aktivite - a social enterprise with a social incubation centre and activity center for people with mental retardation disability. In 2020 she attended İTÜ Çekirdek express incubation programme. She is a volunteer in a different NGO for mentoring young woman, in IEEE for youth in electric & electronics engineering studies. She is a married mother of 2 children. She speaks Turkish, French, English and spanish. She likes water colour painting,travelling, dancing, cooking and making ceramics. Orkhan Nadirov. I am an Adjunct Professor at the School of Public and International Affairs at ADA University in the Azerbaijan Republic. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Finance and Accounting of Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Czech Republic. In a project built on my dissertation work, I have examined the changing motivation to work and how it differs between rich and poor people. Currently, I am examining the impact of tax progressivity on entrepreneurs, specifically the decision of an employee to quit working to start their own company. My research interests are primarily in the field of economic psychology, particularly as it applies to taxation. My teaching specializations are public finance, public economics, and taxation.

Sara Rajabli is a 24 y.o. social entrepreneur, the founder of "BUTA Art & Sweets, the founder of Social Business Youth Center, the first Azerbaijani social entrepreneur, representing the country at UN level, the first local young social entrepreneur awarded by President of Azerbaijan Republic, Winner of Global Startup Awards 2020, Diana Award Winner. Ms. Sara Rajabli was admitted to Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University on faculty of tourism and hospitality. In 2014-2015, she studied economics of tourism at the Yade University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven city of Germany through DAAD Scholarship program. The main aim of this business is reducing unemployment problem of women with special needs through sales of homemade vegan sweets, prepared by them. In a short period, the platform could involve 20 women with special needs, cooperate with 70+ companies and organizations, represent sweets at international events in 17 countries. The platform won an opportunity to be represented at UNCTAD Youth Forum 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland. That was the first representation of Azerbaijani social brand at UN level. In 2018, Ms. Sara Rajabli founded Social Business Youth Center (SBYC), aiming to promote and educate social entrepreneurship among young people in Azerbaijan. She is elected as chairwomen in MTC139 Innovation Management Mirror Comite in Turkey. She was awarded by the Republic of Turkey on October 4, 2021 for his contributions to international standards on World Standards Day. Melina Taprantzi - Her first degree may have been in Philosophy, but eventually it was the world of marketing and communication than won her over and for which she has worked for over 10 years, assisting many brands to become established and known. In 2020 she was one of the seven women globally who received the prestigious award SDGs and Her from the World Bank and the United Nations, for her work in the implementation of the Agenda 2030 for sustainable development. She is the founder of “Wise Greece”. A social enterprise that promotes top quality Greek products and uses the profits from sales in order to buy foods in bulk and donate them to soup kitchens, children, families and the elderly in need, hence essentially having 2 important missions; helping the small farmers and producers to grow and export their products and at the same time offering to unprivileged people their most basic need, food. Elena Lamprou has been working for the overall design and delivery of a wide array of awareness, capacity building, incubation and acceleration programmes run by Impact Hub in Athens. Over the past 7 years she has been designing, organizing and implementing educational programmes in schools and universities along with social entrepreneurs and positive-impact-driven individuals and organizations, helping them master techniques and gain experience in building impact-driven communities. Nina Angelovska, PhD is an entrepreneur, UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocate, President of the Macedonian E-commerce Association and the former Minister of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia. She co-founded and was heading the first deal platform and leading e-commerce company in Macedonia, Grouper.mk, launched in 2011 that transformed the e-commerce market. Angelovska’s passion for e-commerce and drive for change led her to establish the first Macedonian E-commerce Association in 2017. She was a member of the Board of the European Ecommerce and Omnichannel Trade Association (EMOTA). Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors at Makedonski Telekom. Angelovska works as an independent consultant in business development, digital economy and e-commerce on various projects, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events striving to infuse passion and awake the potential of many young people. Her hard work and impact have been widely recognized. In 2018 she was named Forbes 30 Under 30 and in 2019 she was named one of the seven global UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocates.
